Co-Chairs:

Responsibilities: As Co-Chairs of the A&FS Travel & Entertainment User Group, the responsibilities are as follows:
- Serve and represent the interests of the campus at large
- The A&FS Travel & Entertainment User Group Co-Chairs consider the impact changes to the system will have on the full constituent community. The co-chairs will select a group of not more than 20 users from a list of interested parties to serve on the A&FS Travel & Entertainment User Group. The User Group will include a broad representation of campus users.
- The Co-Chairs will lead the A&FS Travel & Entertainment Group towards the following goals:
- Review and test new T&E systems (Connexxus, Concur products)
- Provide new ideas for Best Practices to benefit campus
- Identify and request changes to the systems due to new functionality requirements or problems encountered
- Review and prioritize requested changes to MyTravel and other systems according to expected cost benefit which will include:
- Level of risk involved to the campus
- Number of folks impacted by change
- Policy, regulatory impact (mandates)
- Impact of the change on efficiency, workload
- Provide subject matter expertise during the planning and development stages of new campuswide functionality
- The A&FS Travel and Entertainment User Group Co-Chairs ensure that the appropriate users are involved in defining requirements for user-requested changes to the system.
- Inform end users about changes and new system functionality
- This communication can come directly from the A&FS Travel & Entertainment User Group and/or can be distributed to the user list.
Reporting: The A&FS Travel & Entertainment User Group Co-Chairs report to the Associate Vice Chancellor – Finance/Controller.
