Term Definition

Wire Transfer This is an electronic transfer of funds from the UCD bank to the bank account of the vendor. Funds being wired can be US Dollars or foreign currency to either US Bank or Foreign Bank. With a wire transfer nothing is mailed from Accounts Payable.
