At the top of the KFS Training online help is a menu bar. This menu bar is your gateway to additional functionality; clicking on the buttons accesses the functionality.
provides a list of all the major categories in the KFS help tool and visually shows how they are arranged. Click on one of the categories or click on the
icon to expand the category and see related topics.
gives an alphabetical list of the KFS documents, processes, and acronyms. This can be a good place to start if you want to see the number of resources available in the KFS.
allows you to enter a keyword(s) to locate help topics that contain that particular search term. For example, entering the word "delegate" will retrieve a list of all help resources that contain the word "delegate."
allows you to see what help resources you have previously saved for future reference. Click on
in order to save a help page as a “favorite.”
prints the specific help page/reference that is displayed on your screen. Note: Only the help resource will print; the search results on the left pane will not print.
e-mails the help resource web link to yourself or to another user(s). This can be helpful if you want to share a newly-discovered or favorite help resource with a colleague!
