• Electronic Document Management System (EDMS)
  A system for capturing paper documents electronically and making them available for viewing through existing systems.


• Kuali Financial System (KFS)
  Our next generation of financial information system, KFS is a web based version of Indiana University's Financial Information System (FIS), upon which our own DaFIS is based.
• UCPATH (PPS Replacement Project)
  Learn more about the development of the new UC-wide system that will eventually replace PPS and include a Human Resources Information System, too.
• Time Reporting System
  Learn more about the implementation of a new time-reporting system at UC Davis.

• Connexxus Travel Portal
  An online travel service, booking and reservation program for the UC system.


• Effort Commitment & Cost Share Tracking Systems
  Web-based systems that allow departments to capture faculty member committed effort and cost share transactions on awards with committed cost sharing.


• Effort Reporting System (ERS)
  A system developed by Office of the President for reporting employee effort on Federally funded projects, and projects with committed cost sharing.


• General Ledger (GL) Review System
  An online, systematic way to satisfy the monthly ledger review requirements of UC Davis P&PM, Section 330-11. Features like auto-annotation and statistical sampling streamline the workload while still ensuring a satisfactory review.


• MyTravel & Entertainment
  A travel and entertainment reporting system for UC Davis.


• OOA Business Process Improvement
  An initiative to streamline the Business Contracts and Purchasing processes.
