- Effort Commitment & Cost Share Tracking Systems
Web-based systems that allow departments to capture faculty member committed effort and cost share transactions on awards with committed cost sharing.
- Effort Reporting System (ERS)
A system developed by Office of the President for reporting employee effort on Federally funded projects, and projects with committed cost sharing.
- General Ledger (GL) Review System
An online, systematic way to satisfy the monthly ledger review requirements of UC Davis P&PM, Section 330-11. Features like auto-annotation and statistical sampling streamline the workload while still ensuring a satisfactory review.
