The UCD KFS Project Team Members

The University of California joined the Kuali Foundation as investing partners in the Kuali Financial System (KFS). Resources from the UC Office of the President (UCOP) and three system campuses (UC Davis, UC Santa Barbara and UC Irvine) were pledged to the development of KFS. The UC KFS is an opportunity for these campuses to collaborate in finding solutions to their business needs, fulfilling UC financial reporting requirements, and creating efficiencies with system solutions.

Each of the three campuses is conducting analysis to determine the fit of the proposed KFS with their current operations. Members of each campus are also serving as subject matter experts (SME) for both the campus, UC and Kuali Foundation efforts.

In addition, each phase of KFS implementation includes a UCD focus group that is assisting with testing, usability, and providing feedback on training materials.
