Logging in to KFS
The website to access the Kuali Financial System (KFS) is http://kfs.ucdavis.edu.- Current KFS/DaFIS users: You will use your campus user ID and passphrase (not your DaFIS password, unless your DaFIS password happens to be the same as your campus passphrase) in order to log in to KFS. If you cannot remember your passphrase, please visit the Campus Computing Accounts page to reset it.
- Non-KFS/DaFIS users: Contact a KFS user in your department who will need to process a KFS User document to establish a KFS/DaFIS user account for you. Once your KFS user account has been established, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on setting up a DaFIS password. Please note that these password instructions are for DaFIS only and not for KFS, since KFS uses your campus user ID and passphrase for logging in. You will be able to log in to KFS once you have an active KFS/DaFIS user account.
Logging out of KFS
To log off from KFS, simply click the logout link, located in the upper right corner. In order to ensure that someone else does not access KFS with your credentials, be sure that you close out of ALL Internet windows.
Hours of Availability for KFS
KFS is available during the same operating hours as DaFIS TP: Monday through Saturday from 6AM to 7PM.« Return to main KFS Information Home page.
