The Kualification Series

Welcome to the UC Davis Accounting & Financial Services "Kualification" Series. This series is designed to help you learn all about the Kuali Financial System (KFS). Each lesson features an overview of common processes in the financial system by reviewing processes and the documents themselves, and providing demonstrations, practice, and self-assessment.

To begin a lesson:

1. Log in to the UC Davis Learning Management System (LMS).

2. In the Search field on the left side of the LMS home page, enter the code listed next to the class below that you wish to take. Conversely, you can enter (or copy and paste) kualification* in the search field to pull up a list of ALL current classes in the series.

Note: Audio is included in the training, so speakers or headphones are recommended. However if you don’t have access to speakers or headphones or prefer not to listen to the audio portion, you can press the “CC” button to enable closed captions instead. If you run into navigation issues while using the LMS, please refer to the troubleshooting tips here.
