Help With Decision Support
Decision Support (DS) is the Web-based reporting component of DaFIS and the Kuali Financial System (KFS). DS contains the approved transaction information from Transaction Processing (TP) and it also contains the billing information from UC Davis service units (see Service Unit Billing Information).
Refer to the instructions for getting DaFIS access if you need access.
Log in to Decision Support using your campus login ID and Kerberos passphrase.
Most FIS DS reports will reflect both DaFIS and KFS data:
- One exception is the Document Lookup (9), which only displays DaFIS documents.
- To see KFS General Ledger entries (GLEs) in the Transactions By Document (19) report, users must select the Show Transaction Lines Only checkbox. Please note that Labor Distribution documents cannot be viewed on the 19 report.
