Lien Clearing Information

Each department should review their liens periodically. This can be done by running the Current Encumbrance Balances (46) report in Decision Support (DS). In so doing, you may come across liens that should not be there. Use this guide to learn more about how to find, clear, and prevent outstanding liens. If you experience problems removing any of the liens on your accounts, please contact the DaFIS Help Desk or (530) 754-6780.
