USDA Cooperative State Research, Education, and Extension Service (CSREES)	US Department of Agriculture CSREES is a cooperative program that advances knowledge for agriculture, the environment, human health and well being, and communities. The two primary goals of the program are: Program leadership to identify, develop, and manage programs to support university-based and other institutional research, education, and extension.
